Scope of This Privacy Policy
PS GLOBAL SERIES, LLC (“PS GLOBAL SERIES”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose and protect information when you visit psglobalseries.com, submit a verification or registration form, or access the Physician Portal (the “Services”).
The Services are designed for B2B users — licensed healthcare professionals, credentialed clinics, and authorized representatives of certified biomedical laboratories. This Policy does not apply to information processed by independent Third-Party Providers under their own agreements.
Information We Collect
Information you provide directly: when you submit a Provider Access Request, Clinic Registration, or other intake form, we collect identifying and credentialing information such as: full name, work email, telephone number, organization or clinic name, city, state, professional role, medical license number, NPI identifier, and any additional notes you choose to include.
Authentication & portal data: when an account is provisioned, we store your email, a securely hashed password (bcrypt), name, organization and role. We log session activity, including login timestamps and IP address fragments used for security and rate-limiting purposes.
Technical & device data: when you access the Site, our infrastructure may automatically collect technical data such as IP address, browser type and version, language, timezone, referrer URL, and pages visited. This information is used for security, analytics and abuse mitigation.
Cookies: we use strictly necessary, httpOnly authentication cookies (access_token and refresh_token) to maintain authenticated sessions in the Physician Portal. We do not place advertising cookies on the public marketing pages.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Verify professional credentials and onboard authorized B2B users.
- Coordinate communications between credentialed clinics and certified biomedical laboratories.
- Issue, maintain and secure Physician Portal accounts.
- Detect, prevent and respond to fraud, abuse, security incidents and other harmful activity.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations, including responding to lawful requests from public authorities.
- Improve the Services, including performance, accessibility and usability.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use the information collected through the Services for behavioral advertising.
Legal Bases for Processing
Where applicable (for example, for users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with comparable legislation), we process information under the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract — to operate the Physician Portal and provide the coordination Services you request.
- Compliance with legal obligations — to comply with healthcare, corporate, anti-money-laundering and tax obligations.
- Legitimate interests — to secure the platform, prevent abuse, and improve the Services, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
- Consent — where required, for example when you voluntarily contact us via WhatsApp or email.
Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy or as required by applicable law. Authentication attempts and rate-limit logs are rotated automatically through MongoDB TTL indexes. Credentialing and coordination records are retained for the duration of the business relationship plus a reasonable archival period to support audit, regulatory and dispute-resolution requirements.
Security
We implement administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect the information we process, including: bcrypt password hashing, JWT-based authenticated sessions over httpOnly cookies, transport-layer encryption (TLS), brute-force lockouts, per-IP rate limiting on intake endpoints, and security headers (Content-Security-Policy, HSTS, X-Frame-Options, X-Content-Type-Options, Referrer-Policy, Permissions-Policy).
No security control is perfect. You are responsible for using a strong unique password, keeping your credentials confidential, and notifying us promptly at info@psglobalseries.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information; request deletion of certain information; restrict or object to processing; request data portability; and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@psglobalseries.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
International Transfers
PS GLOBAL SERIES is headquartered in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand and consent to the transfer, storage and processing of your information in the United States and in any country where our service providers operate, in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.
Children
The Services are intended for professional B2B use only and are not directed at children under sixteen (16) years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can promptly delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of the page or communicated through the Physician Portal.
